Card
a. Apply for a new credit card
- After login your account, choose "Card" on the left menu.
- Choose "Apply Now".
3. Select UTGL Asset Link World Mastercard
Please note that the World Elite Card can only be applied for by invitation. If you need assistance or to apply for the World Elite Card, please contact your Relationship Manager.
4. Input the card detail choose the delivered method and click “Submit”
5. The card application is submitted successfully and will go through a review process. Once the card application is approved, you will receive a notification from us.
b. Turn on “UTGL AutoPay”
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Choose “Enable UTGL AutoPay”
- Arrange the priority of the assets for AutoPay, then click “Enable”
- “UTGL AutoPay Enabled” will be shown and AutoPay has been successfully enabled
c. Lock/unlock Card
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click “Lock Card” and “Yes” if confirmed to lock card.
- Click “Unlock Card” and “Yes” if confirmed to unlock card.
d. Download Transaction Report
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click “Download Transaction Report”
- Select the date range and account. Click “Download”
e. Set Card Limit
1. After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click “Set Card Limits”
- Select “Daily ATM Withdrawal Limit” or “Daily Purchase Limit” , click “Continue”
- Select Entire Card Limit or Fix Limit, click “Set Card Limits”
f. Noification Setting
1. After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click “Notifications Settings”
- Receive 3-D secure code via whatapp(with SMS as fallback), whatsapp, SMS
- Receive local/oversea transaction, ATM withdrawal notification by SMS,email,whatsapp
- Click “Apply”
g. Replace Card
1. After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click “Replace Card”
- Select the card replace reason: It’s lost/stolen or It’s damaged, click “Continue”
h. Get New Card
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click "Get New Card" in the Card Overview page.
- Select UTGL Asset Link World Mastercard

i. Change ATM PIN
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click on "Change ATM PIN" on the Right hand side of the card overview.
- Enter the new 6-digit ATM PIN number and enter the new password again, then click “Continue”.
- To protect your account security, the system will send a verification code to your registered cell phone number, please click "Send Code" first, enter the verification code received and click to confirm, then the ATM password will be changed.
j. View All Cards
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click on "View all cards" in the card overview.
- You can view all card information here.
- In addition, by clicking on "View Card Info" you can view the full card number, card expiration date and CVC2. To protect the security of your card account, please do not disclose this image to others.
k. View Repayment History
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- Click on "View Repayments" in the card overview.
- You can view your Repayment and Interest Charges history here, and select a specific day to view your Repayment and Interest Charges history for that day immediately.
l. Checking Card avaliable balance or Today’s Spending
a.Checking Card avaliable balance
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- View "Credit Summary" in the Card Overview page
- The "Card Account Balance" is the amount you have spent.
- The "Card Account Limit" is the card limit, which is before deducting the spent amount.
The actual available balance is 92,300 HKD. The "Card Account Limit" - "Card Account Balance", as shown in the chart below the actual available balance is 100,000 HKD - 7,700 HKD = 92,300 HKD
b. Checking Today’s Spending
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- You can view the Today's expenses in the card overview.
m. Checking Transaction History
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- You can view the Transaction History in the card overview.
n. Checking Spending Summary
- After login your account, choose “Card” on the left menu.
- You can view the Spending Summary in the card overview.
