Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor computer systems, networks, data centers, and server room facilities to ensure stable system performance.
Provide IT support services to users, including resolving technical issues and assisting with daily operations.
Assist in incident management tasks, including logging, classifying, and tracking issues, and participating in the resolution process.
Implement and maintain system security measures in accordance with information security policies to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Perform clerical duties and handle data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated.
Working Hours:
5 days per week
8 hours per day (excluding meal and rest breaks)
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: HKD $18,050
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support or system operations.
Familiar with basic IT systems, computer hardware/software, network configurations, and the operations of data centers.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and effectively address user needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common tools, with solid typing and data entry skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently while also being a team player when required.
