Job Description
Responsible for the daily operation of the reception.
Responsible for sorting and distributing company mail.
Welcoming visitors and handle enquires in a professional manner.
Manage meeting room reservations.
Arranging courier delivery.
Document updating and filing.
Maintain clean and tidy reception and common areas.
Job Requirements
Post-Secondary education or above.
Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience, preferably in the financial sector.
Presentable, independent and customer-oriented.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Fresh graduate will be considered
