Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and hospitable environment.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Provide general administrative support, including handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms as needed.
Maintain visitor logs and security procedures to ensure the safety of the premises.
Direct guests to the appropriate personnel or department as required.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization and its services.
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems.
Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical duties.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
